We recently sold our home through Darren Wildash and feel compelled to write and express our sincere gratitude. We could not have been more impressed with the service and attention we received.
Darren visited and gave us suggestions on how we could improve our home's marketability and provided his honest opinion of it's worth. Once a client is “signed-up”, many agents see this as their opportunity to sit back and relax. Darren is the exact opposite. He kept us informed every step of the way leading up to our first open house. Throughout the campaign, Darren made himself available to us twenty four hours a day. We felt comfortable calling him at anytime. He was always contactable and not once did we have to deal with anyone else in the office or leave messages. This proved his dedication to selling our property. We always felt we were Darren's only clients' - a rarity with agents these days.
With several buyers vying for our property, exchange proved a protracted process. Darren organised everything and absorbed the stress for us! That night he didn't finish work until 10.30pm! How many other agents offer that sort of "after hours" service? - None we have dealt with previously.
Not only did the sale price exceed our expectations, so did Darren's service and professionalism (so much so we saw fit to give him a "bonus"). Darren's style is, as other agent's should aspire to be - without pretence or fuss, just great results.

I recently decided to sell my home in Queenscliff. I went through the procedure of obtaining quotes from a number of local and national real estate companies. I chose Darren Wildash mainly because after checking up the bunff quoted in the various proposals, his was the only one which relied on accurate information.
I found Darren totally approachable. He assisted me with a number of services which I would have thought were outside of his obligation in marketing my home. One such example was finding me additional qualified tradesmen at short notice to catch up the time lost in preparing my home due to a full week of bad weather. I was amazed by the contacts he could draw on instantly and at normal rates.
In regard to the marketing and sale of my home, Darren with his team, performed and achieved a good result above my expectation. He was punctual and polite yet not subservient. The advertising program delivered astonishing results of interest for a very average cost. The material he relied on was presented in an exciting and imaginative format but was totally honest and not misleading in any way.
The marketing program was relentless during the four weeks, from initiation to the date of auction. The first inspection day had over 120 parties attend the property, and the auction saw approximately 250 people attend. Darren successfully insulated my family and I from the intensity during the month long promotion period and I can only imagine the work he must have got through to result in those levels of interest and attendance. It became apparent that whilst I was not troubled by Darren at inconvenient times, he was nevertheless dealing with parties in regard to any property during evenings and weekends in addition to the normal times one would expect.
Another point worth mentioning was that there was over 400 "hits" on the internet site page for my property created by Darren. Two of those resulted in separate parties that subsequently met, flying from overseas to inspect the property and then attend the auction.
I am now back in the market looking to purchase a new home, and again I have been pleasantly surprised that Darren and his team are assisting me in my endeavours even though they will receive no payment for there services in this regard. My exposure to other agents in the last few weeks who knowingly make false claims in regard to properties, has only reinforced my respect for Darren and his practise.
Darren operates in a profession which generally does not enjoy a reputation for honesty and care. I have found that Darren has been absolutely straight with me, that he has put in the hard yards, and has been reliable in more than just the business of selling a property. I recommend him to other sellers and am willing to discuss my experience with Darren should anyone wish to contact me. He is a welcomed guest in my home.
In closing I should mention that the price achieved for my property was a new record for the area, substantially higher than the previous record set several years ago. This success testimony to the fact that integrity and commitment does pay dividend, a strong advantage Darren enjoys over his peers in the industry.

My decision to sell during uncertain times was difficult and thwart with risk. My price was at the upper end of the price scale, and said to be unachievable by many agents in the Mosman area.

The level of service was extremely refreshing, the communication was excellent and final result was virtually identical to my initial price, one which other Agents said was not achievable based on market conditions.
Throughout the entire sales process, and despite my many questions and concerns, I was able to contact Anthony and never felt left out of proceedings at any stage.
During the final sales negotiations Anthony followed my instructions, and acted appropriately when given my authority to conduct negotiations on my behalf. In the end, he had achieved three firm offers for the same price and helped me selected the most suitable purchaser in a position to place a deposit down and settle within the contract timeframe.
In conclusion I enjoyed the process, and would recommend Anthony Martijn as a respectable, ethical agent that works with you to get results. Given the opportunity to use Anthony again to sell my property, I would.
