Guide to Renting
Monthly rent is calculated in accordance with Fair Trading guidelines as follows: Weekly Rent divided by 7 multiplied by 365 divided by 12 = Calendar Monthly Rent.
- Your rental bond will be held with the Rental Bond Board.
- All repairs must be reported in writing. Email is usually easiest – propertym@lwea.com.au or use our online Repair Request Form.
- The owners insurance does not cover your belongs so we recommend you take out your own contents insurance.
- It is the tenants responsibility to connect the utilities
